Hi, I’m Natalie!

I’m a dog lover and web developer. I adopted my black lab mix, Thor, about 4 years ago from the Humane Society. He was suffering from kennel cough, was very timid, and took some time adjusting to his new life after being a stray.

Since then, he has become a healthy and confident boy learning to jog, camp, and even canoe! None of this would have been possible without a few great purchases like a hands-free leash, a sturdy harness, a lifevest, and his favorite travel blanket. His biggest success was going on a four-day canoe camping trip in Algonquin Park this summer that included portaging and up to 6 hours of paddling.

Do you want to encourage your dog to be active too? My goal is to provide you with all the recommendations you need to make your pupper a part of your healthy lifestyle, so you can bring them along on all of your adventures.

All of the content you will find here is created by me personally and I will never recommend products I wouldn’t use with Thor.  I always try to get my hands on these items, but may also rely on extensive online research to ensure all information provided here is accurate. It’s important for me to include ethical and sustainable items as much as possible. Production of pet items – like all manufacturing – does pollute, so if I help you to find quality items that last longer you will be able to reduce your consumption in the long run and save money.
